How to Place an Order

1. Browse & Select Products

  • Visit our website and navigate through categories or use the search bar to find the items you need.

  • On each product page, you will find:

    • Product description

    • Price

    • Available sizes/colors/variants (if applicable)

    • Stock status

  • Click “Add to Cart” to put the item into your shopping cart.


2. Review Your Cart

  • Click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.

  • Check the items, quantities, and prices.

  • You can:

    • Update quantities

    • Remove items

    • Apply a discount code (if you have one) in the “Promo Code” field

  • Click “Proceed to Checkout” when you are ready.


3. Login or Checkout as Guest

  • You may:

    • Sign in to your existing account (recommended for order tracking and faster future checkouts)

    • Create a new account

    • Continue as a guest (no registration required)


4. Enter Shipping Information

  • Provide accurate shipping details, including:

    • Full name

    • Phone number (for delivery updates)

    • Complete address (street, city, postal code, country)

  • If you have multiple addresses, select the preferred one or add a new address.


5. Choose Shipping Method

  • Select your preferred delivery option:

    • Standard shipping (3–7 business days)

    • Express shipping (1–3 business days)

    • Same-day / next-day delivery (where available)

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed before you confirm.


6. Select Payment Method
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

  • Bank transfer (depending on region)

  • Cash on delivery (if supported in your area)


7. Review & Place Order

  • Carefully review your:

    • Order summary (items, quantities, price)

    • Shipping address

    • Shipping method

    • Total amount (including taxes and shipping fees)

  • Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.

  • Click “Place Order” to finalize your purchase.


8. Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will see an order confirmation page with your Order Number.

  • You will also receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

  • Please keep this information for future reference.


9. Track Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
