How to Receive

1. Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification

  • Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email/SMS with your order number.

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email/SMS, which includes:

    • Carrier name

    • Tracking number

    • Tracking link

    • Estimated delivery date


2. Track Your Package in Real Time

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping notification, or visit the carrier’s official website and enter your tracking number.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account and going to “My Orders”“Track Shipment”.

  • Tracking updates typically include:

    • Pickup

    • In transit

    • Out for delivery

    • Delivered


3. Prepare for Delivery
To ensure a successful delivery, please:

  • Keep your phone number available for courier contact.

  • Ensure someone is present at the delivery address during the estimated time window.

  • Provide any special delivery instructions (e.g., gate code, reception desk) when placing your order.


4. Receiving Your Package

A. Home / Office Delivery (Standard & Express)

  • The courier will deliver to the address you provided.

  • Please inspect the outer packaging before signing.

  • If you are not available, the courier may:

    • Leave the package in a secure location (at their discretion)

    • Attempt a second delivery

    • Leave a delivery notice card with pickup instructions

B. Parcel Locker / Pickup Point (If applicable)

  • You will receive a pickup code or QR code via email/SMS.

  • Visit the designated locker or pickup point within the stated storage period.

  • Scan the QR code or enter the code to open the compartment and retrieve your package.

C. Cash on Delivery (If supported in your area)

  • Prepare the exact amount in cash or have your payment card ready (depending on local policy).

  • Payment will be collected upon delivery.


5. Inspect Your Order Upon Receipt
We recommend that you:

  • Check the outer packaging for visible damage.

  • Open the package and verify:

    • Item count matches your order

    • Correct sizes, colors, and models

    • No physical defects or damage

  • If you received a gift or promotional item, make sure it is included.


6. What to Do If You Are Not Available
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts:

  • The package may be held at the local depot or pickup point.

    • Reschedule delivery

    • Pick up the package in person (please bring your ID and tracking number)

    • Authorize a neighbor or receptionist to receive on your behalf


7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

  • If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please:

    • Check the tracking information for updates.

    • Contact the carrier using the tracking number.

    • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us with your order number.

  • We will initiate a carrier inquiry and keep you updated.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Do not discard the original packaging or the item.

  • Take clear photos of the outer box and the item(s) as received.

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt, providing:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Supporting photos

  • We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund according to our Return Policy.


9. Signing for Delivery

  • In most cases, a signature or confirmation code is required.

  • By signing, you acknowledge that the package appears to be in good condition.

  • If you are asked to sign without inspection, you may note “Unchecked” next to your signature.
